Can We Help You?
We'll take the time to listen to your needs and wants, and determine if we can help you. Most of the time there is, and we'll explain exactly what we can do for you. In the rare cases where we can't help, we'll also tell you that up front - instead of pushing you into something you don't need or want. It's not that we like turning down business - it's just that we like having happy customers even more.

Ballpark Pricing
Once we figure out what we can do for you, we'll give you a ballpark price. This will be a low/high estimate, such as $500/$700. $500/$700 means that at a minimum we're figuring $500, and $700 is the maximum for the work we've quoted. This is different from standard contractors and overrun pricing - the maximum we quote is actually the maximum, unless the project specifications change.

Can We Do Business?
When we leave, you'll know what we can do for you, how long we estimate it will take, and the cost. If you're ready to get started, we'll collect as much information as possible from you before we leave. If you're not sure, our quote is valid for 30 days - take some time and think it over. If you're not interested at all, we'll thank you for meeting with us and part ways.
